Title: Headaches and Flushes

Does anyone else find that they get more hot flushes if they have a headache? I've had one most of the afternoon and been flushing more than usual.

Also I'm finding that I flush more in the evenings. Am I alone in this?

I can't help much but I think some ladies do find hot flushes worse in the evenings  :-\

I would think that headaches could be connected to hormone fluctuations too, so there is reason to have flushes and headaches together.

My flushes were always in the morning when they were regular, then they moved to evening around dinnertime. Now they aren't daily but can pop up any time.

If you are peri meno then it is very common to get the headaches and flushes - definitely hormone related. Even post meno, I get bad headaches for several days each week without HRT. Dg x
