Title: Acne and hrt

Hi I am two months into hrt now and I am really feeling the benefits. anxiety levels down a lot and mood swings getting a lot better. But I have noticed a lot of spots appearing on my face and chest lately and was just wondering if this is related to hrt.
As a teenager I never really suffered from acne but at 52 I seem to be now :D, has anyone else found this happening to them

I think it's normally from the androgenic effects of the progesterone in your HRT.

I get red blemishes and acne looking areas, but have very dry skin. I have recently been told it's rosecea, which makes more sense. Also hormone related. Worth considering?
