Title: Mooncup
Post by: RedFraggle on April 22, 2016, 08:24:04 AM
Just wanted to share that switching from tampons to a mooncup a few years ago really helped me.
It copes with menstrual flooding and clots way better and rather than changing tampons every two hours I could do emptying 3 times a day. They take a bit of getting used to but once I had the knack it was a revelation. No leaks, no tootling off to the loo every hour. Also helped enormously with vaginal dryness and recurrent BV.

I agree been using mine for years, I found my period pain improved quite a lot, unfortunately now often have a day of really heavy flow and can be emptying it ever 20 minutes and have had clots that fill it but I dread to think what it would be like if I didn't use it!
