Title: Bleeding on and off for 2 weeks!!!

Just looking for a bit of advice.......Iv been off HRT for just over 2 months (was on oral and then patch for 4 years)

Iv had a brown discharge and fresh blood for 2 weeks....not heavy, sometimes it looks like it's stopped then I will wipe and its there again. I'm bloated quiet a bit and feel quiet low and irritable.

Has anyone had this experience after coming off HRT?

Hi stellajane,

I started HRT while my periods were erratic and my bloods came back that I was going through the menopause, I had lots of other symptoms too.

At the end of last year I had symptoms of too much oestrogen so stopped the oral form of HRT for a few months. Went back on patches at the turn of the year but then the periods I was getting we're very heavy!!

Doc adviced to come off of HRT and see where I was on my menopausal journey....xx
