Hi everyone.
I am new on here today and what a great help it is.
I am suffering with lots of peri symptoms, however tonight I've got burning and tingling mouth, lips and tongue. Also tooth pain.
Also acid in mouth. Is this normal with peri?

I get this from time to time. Sometimes it is body a bit too yeasty. Too much sugar can cause this too. So a good anti fungal can work wonders. Just for a while. Acidopholus too.
But for immediate relief I use tincture of Myrrh (can buy on amazon)- just 4 or 5 drops in a little water and swish around for minute or 2. Then spit out. Works wonders.
