Going to take first one today and just read script it says take at night? Does everyone else?

Absolutely - it can make you feel a bit sleepy fro a few hours  - which can be great if you have trouble dropping off at night.

Kate50, will you be using it vaginally?  It definitely makes you sleep well so it is better taken at night.
