Hello, I have been on HRT for about five months now and have been really pleased to be feeling so much better. However, for about two weeks now my boobs have been quite tender and painful. For the last few days they have really changed, they are a lot fuller and quite hard. They look and feel like when I was breastfeeding and had too much milk :o Should I be worried? I feel like they might explode at any moment! I am on Evorel patches by the way. Any advice much appreciated

:welcomemm: could your own hormones be having a party? = painful sore boobs? Mine have been more noticeable for 6 weeks, the HRT I'm taking for vaginal atrophy is delivered down there and isn't supposed to be absorbed into the body as a whole but I am beginning to wonder :-\
Make sure that you are measured for the correct sized bra, most ladies are wearing the wrong size ;)

I am not on HRT but on the combined pill and I have just started my monthly break and waiting for my withdrawal bleed to start so far no sign of it. I have really sore boobs too so I know how you are feeling. I have stopped wearing an underwire bra during the day and gone to a sports bra instead which is slightly better but the minute I am home from work it comes off and I just wear a baggy pullover.
