Title: So angry for no reason

I started hrt last week and I am so angry and irritable it's driving me nuts ( and my hubby and kids). I don't know if it's hrt or menopause causing this. anyone else have this reaction to hrt

Yeah I have felt like this when first starting bit like being in your 20s it did settle

It might be the progesterone in the HRT.
Which HRT are you using?

I had hysterectomy 3 1/2 years ago so on estrogen only patch

So, it's obviously not the progesterone then.  ::)
Hopefully somebody who knows what they are talking about will be along to say something sensible.

There is always a reason!  Probably hormonal  ::) - I would be OK about something 1 day, the next day the same thing could cause me to fly into a rage.  It was always pre-menstrually  >:(
