Well thanks to all you lovely ladies giving advice I have now been prescribed Kliovance HRT to help elevate my Atrophy. It was so bad last night I didn't sleep at all and have had to take the day off work. I saw a lovely male doctor, who was very understanding and listened to all I had to say. He agreed that a few months of HRT low dosage 1mg would help the Atrophy alongside my vagifem. The doctor wanted me to have Climagest, but that has been discontinued in the low dosage. He didn't think vagifem alone was enough estrogen. Hoping for better times ahead, fingers crossed anyway. Anyone else tried this with good results? Will let you know how it goes.
