Title: Music Project - the 54 Thankful Villages

I find this music project interesting. The guy who has devised it will be visiting all of the fifty four Thankful Villages in the UK. I'd never heard of a Thankful Village until today! They were the villages in which every soldier in the first World War returned alive. Darren Hayman is a talented musician and wordsmith - maybe he will be visiting a village near you.  This is a short video of Thankful Village No. 9 in Somerset. http://thankfulvillages.co.uk/category/villages/aisholt/

Interesting. There are also 13 doubly thankful villages that saw everyone return from both world wars. One is not too far from us.

I didn't realise that there were that many thankful villages in the UK.  Thanks Taz!
