Title: Periods and hot flushes

Hi Ladies
I use evorel 50 and utrogestan200 for 12 days p/m.
Generally unless I'm anxious I don't have hot flushes, but sometimes leading up to, during and at the end of my periods I get them, they sometimes feel like anxiety hot flush s too.
Does anyone else get this?

Before I realized that I was heading into menopause, I had night sweats during my period, and was generally hot in the day during my period. So yes, I think that's normal. I'm fairly new on hrt and after finishing my last course of utrogestan, I had terrible waves of hot flashes for a couple of days. I'm guessing it was the fluctuation of being back off the utro.
