Title: Leap Year
Post by: CLKD on February 29, 2016, 03:46:18 PM
;D ….. this morning I asked Himself "Will you marry me?" - no reply.  During the afternoon I repeated the question, the reply was "I'm already married".  "Does she suit your requirements?" I asked …… apparently she does  ;D

Anyone else have silly conversations  :P

My daughter and her partner are on holiday and she asked him to marry her so it looks like there will be a wedding!

Time to get a hat and new shoes?

I proposed to my DH on Leap Day - he said 'maybe' ::) Fortunately I am quite tenacious when it comes to getting something I want  ;)

That's lovely!  :congrats: Another wedding to attend virtually? I'm off to choose my virtual hat!  ;D

My DH proposed when he seemed drunk. I said no. I can't remember if he asked me again. But we did marry. I think it was more of a practical matter. DH was a police officer and you were not allowed to live together without marrying, plus we lived a distance apart and he only had one weekend off each month. Plus my parents frowned on 'living in sin.'
