Hi everyone I am so glad I found this forum about menopause, I will be 50 soon but I'm already in the midst of the battle against menopause symptoms   :-*

How are your periods doing? Don't let the battle get you down! There are things you can do to help depending on what your symptoms are and how far into menopause. Do ask us and we can try to help :)

Welcome Cariad Im 60 and went over normally at 37
