Title: Oestrogel best time of day to apply?
Post by: Kate50 on February 22, 2016, 10:08:13 AM
What time of day do you apply your gel?  Does it make a difference?  Are there any specific times? What's the transition time?

Not sure it really matters, but I used to put it on at night to outside of upper arms.

Depends on when you might be needing to get up close and personal with partner.  I used to do mornings - letting it dry well before dressing but latterly I used it at night as I often go to bed to read about an hour before hubby so there is plenty of time for it to dry and it won't transfer - we're not quite as frisky as we once were either!!!!  Dg x

Hi Kate 2 pumps in the morning early after my shower on inner arms leave it for 5 mins then get dressed as I have a toddler and elder one to get up so have to be careful about contact. I can't put any on in the evening as it makes me wired and affects my sleep! It's trial and error though as we're all different x
