Hi! Can I just ask for some advice, I have tried numerous HRT pills, and im now on patches In Peri. I went on HRT as I was suffering with vaginal dryness and heavy periods that were coming really close together. I started on HRT about a year ago, I have found something that is ok , which is the patches apart from I still have vaginal dryness, just like I did before, this hasn't improved. Plus im worried about the periods, as I haven't been getting them but I thought that femseven sequi gave you a bleed so you shed the lining of the womb, but this isn't happening but for 2 weeks every month I have such a heavy feeling in the bottom of my stomach like im going to come on.... I have a doctors appointment in a weeks time and im wondering what to ask for this time to sort out the VA. Should I just get something for this and stop the HRT..... or carry on with the patches as well, I have never suffered from hot flushes etc so just not sure what benefit im getting but I would so like to stop the VA as its a nightmare, feeling so dry which then makes you feel like you need a wee all the time......................sorry for waffling just so confused....

Have you thought of using local estrogen cream thats what most use for VA ?

Hello :) not everyone bleeds on a sequi cycle, 15% don't. Also as suggested you could try Ovestin cream or vagifem pessaries. I am using patches but still have to supplement with vagifem to keep things springy ;D
I didn't like the cream, it burned my bits and was too messy. The vagifem is a tablet in an applicator much like a Tampax
