Just to add that I have been suffering from terrible health anxiety lately, has been the worst one yet lasting for weeks. Totally focusing on the bowels making it worse I know, loss of appetite, trembling the whole shebang
Today I took two diazepam to give myself a rest and it helped
Is this all to do with the meno? really? it sucks

:bighug:
I found that Actimel helped my bowels become regular ……. 2/3 pots a day every day.
I certainly get a slow transit when I don't swallow the stuff ;)
Did the Valium help?

yes sure did. just taken another one - takes the edge off and calms me, stops the paranoia

what dose are you taking - my GP gave me 5mg to take as necessary. I used to take it the evening before an event that I had to attend.
What's wrong with the bowel?
