Title: Anxious before utrogestan?
Post by: Spangles on January 11, 2016, 08:24:17 PM
Hi
I'm 2 days away from taking my utrogestan and I've noticed Infeel more anxious, have felt this in the past. I only have to think of something that has caused me to feel anxious in the past and it exasperateds it again, other times it doesn't bother me. I seem to look for reasons as to why I feel anxious but in reality I don't actually thing you always need a reason. Does anyone else get this!
Thanks
Shellb

From time to time I can get like a wave of anxiety that just appears and goes in just a few minutes and there is no reason to it!

I'm so frustrated, I've had such a good few weeks and now my anxiety is rising again. I feel cross with myself for being like this again.
When will it all end?

Hello Shelb.

I can totally sympathise. I can feel fine during one part of the day and then on edge and panicky later on. Today
I mentioned to a friend that I get 'power surges but not in a good way' and she completely understood.

This whole menopause business is frustrating and exhausting and I too wish it would come to a swift end.

Take care and sending hugs, you are not alone.

K.
