Title: Everol sequi

Just waiting for my script from doc to start this after femiston 2/10 . Any feedback welcome. Stopped the femoston in prep but immediately started to sweat and ache so been told I can take the oestrogen until I start the patch. Should have had a bleed after stopping the progesterone but didn't but feel like I am due anyday. Hoping this works for me!!

Hope it suits you. It wasn't for me but it's just a case of trying stuff it seems!

If you are changing HRT type it's always best to carry on without a break - ie when you finish one pack then start the new pack of the new HRT.

I was on these for 3 months, I was great on the first two weeks but when I went on the progesterone patches, weeks 3 and 4 my mood just dropped so I have now changed to fem seven sequi, to see if it improves. Good Luck with yours, everyone is different, its just finding something that will suit you.

Thanks everyone yeah hurdity I am keeping the oestrogen on  until i get the patch on friday was going to try to sync It with my own cycle ? My period started today so it will prob work in well. My own cycle appears to still be breaking thru the hrt if thay makes sense and the period pain is terrible!! Roll on friday amd fingers crossed
