Title: Bad gas pain as part of PMS?

Does anyone else suffer from painful gas a few days before their periods start? I woke up with some painful stuff (felt like my whole stomach was inflated) in the middle of the night.... It probably doesn't happen every cycle anymore, but I had lots of cramping around ovulation this time so potentially this means worse PMS too?

Hi 20032003,
Yes I used to suffer terrible gas/ibs especially around what would have been time of the month, convinced it's all part of hormone madness!
