Hi
I've always had painful periods, however my legs suffer the most horrendous debilitating pain.
It is so painful that I can't even drive or walk.
I've been to the doctors and I've recently had a TV scan as I have fibroids and wanted to check that weren't causing it. The scan revealed that my big fibroid is on the opposite side and that I have many smaller fibroids. My GP says these will cause pain.
I've suffered this pain for a good few years now, it only usually lasts for 1 day so that's not too bad.
What I would like to know is does anyone else get this and does anyone know what causes it?
Thanks
Shellb

Hormones? I remember my legs would ache from about the age of 13, 'growing pains' apparently ::). Restless leg syndrome is eased by bananas - you could try something similar?
