Hi ladies

I just wanted to wish everyone on here a very Merry Christmas and a peaceful New Year!   It has been a very up and down year for so many of us but we are all still here  ;D.   I have had so much support, advice and reassurance from this forum and when I think back over the things I am grateful for this year, this is definitely one of them  :D.

I am quite sure that 2016 will bring more challenges, more mad hormones and more weird symptoms.  But I am also sure that we will go on supporting each other and making this ridiculous and at times scary and exhausting journey a little bit easier.

Thanks ladies - you are all fabulous  8) and I hope you all take some time over the holidays to congratulate yourselves for just keeping going  ;).   I will be breaking out the wine and chocolate on Christmas Eve for sure and will raise a glass to all of us!

Hello Puffin Mama.


I agree that the forum is a lifeline at times and this rollercoaster ride would be so much more scary without all  the support and comfort from the lovely ladies on this site.

A merry christmas from me and a big thank you for all the help and advice, it's been a huge relief to find I am not alone with the horrid symptoms.

I'm hoping 2016 will bring us all a happy and healthy year  :)
