Have been putting my patch on my bottom but it peels off around the edge its Estrodot 75 any ideas please to how to keep it on ?

I make sure my patch does not get in contact with seams or edges of my pants. I also warm the patch for a couple of minutes with the palm of my hand, which seems to help. Tip I picked up from here!

Also make sure skin is dry before applying & free from oils, body lotion. My Estradot patches stick well.

Mine seems to stick better on the front of my body - preferably inside knicker area rather than outside - rather than the back/bum area (I also think it absorbs better from the front with me
as there is not such a lot of fat to go through ;D)

I've been putting mine on my butt cheek since the start 8 years ago but mine are a bit smaller Estradot 50. Nevertheless I only get problems if like Ju Ju says they are along a seam line or waist band so I put them on the central buttock bit. Also periodically I have a feel (eg when in the loo) and press them down with a warm hand just in case they begin to come unstuck. I also find they tend to come loose a bit after rinsing off conditioner in the shower or an overly long soak in the bath (although don't seem to have one of the latter, these days!).
I hadn't though of putting them round the front - only because I would be able to see the marks and I only see these on my bottom when I change the patch ;D. Interesting idea though Briony, re absorption!

I alternate between lower abdomen and butt cheeks also try to switch from side to side.

I use Estradot too. I alternate between butt cheeks and lower tummy area (inside the knicker area). The only time I've ever lost one was from my butt cheek - it got wooshed off on a very fast flume ride! ;D They've even survived being in a hot tub for hours ;) Baby oil on a cotton wool pad gets rid of the stick marks.
