Hello everyone hope you're all having a good day :) I'm in peri menopause at the moment and finding that my symptoms are changing from day to day , I'm trying to address them as they come along but I'm struggling with insomnia at the moment :( I can go to sleep no problem but I'm in the wide awake club several times a night as a result of the lack of sleep I'm feeling extremely tired during the day ,I've heard that magnesium is good for insomnia i.e. Helping to calm you down ready for a good nights sleep ,I'd appreciate any help you can offer ladies ,thanks xx

I personally found soaking in a bath of Epsom salts definitely worked for me. I felt well chilled afterwards and had nice soft skin then hopped into bed and drifted off lovely.
It can't hurt to see if it works for you.
Oh forgot :welcomemm:
