Title: Symptom diary pro-forma (PMS)
Post by: Briony on November 18, 2015, 08:32:55 PM
I know sometimes it's hard to keep track of symptoms (I have a habit of forgetting how bad things were when I feel good, then getting a nasty shock later on  ::)). This diary/grid is one of the best I have seen and could be useful, especially if you're in peri menopause (see end of the file, page 14) or trying to convince your doctor that your symptoms are hormonal: http://www.nickpanay.com/Papers%20pdf/Royal%20College%20of%20Obstetrians%20%20Gynaecologists%20PMS%20Guidelines.pdf
