Title: family history checklist for GP appointment

Hi everyone
I´ve been doing lots of research this evening and came across this on The British Menopause Society´s website.

It´s a checklist (a bit dated, it´s true) that might be useful for an initial menopause consultation. Could be used to fill in answers before the appointment and save time. You know how sometimes those GPs like to rush you, and you don´t want to spend the whole 15 minutes trying to remember if that aunty had breast cáncer or a heart attack!!  :-\
