Title: Pft and its gone!

Hi Ladies,
 I knew it was too good to be true!
I've been feeling good all week, actually enjoying being off for half term.
Last night had a couple of very minor negative thoughts, not at all bothersome. I also took my progesterone after when I went to bed.
Got up this morning and pft I feel crap again, so fed up of this
I'm supposed to be going one spa day with my mum and sister today and I can't even get enthusiastic about it.
I'm really cross with myself for waking like this after I've had such a good few days.

Ooh, just had to respond to this post! I know exactly how you feel. I had the pleasure of a good week and for the last two days I've felt horrible again. No answers I'm afraid but I share your frustration and you have my sympathies.

It just sucks! I was great for months running about like a teenager loving life then bam haven't been able to shift this anxious cannot be bothered feeling for a week now. Just seem to be focusing on it now. Hope it improves for you.

Maybe when you feel 'better' you use up your energy levels?  I had to learn to pace myself and not do too much when I felt well.
