I came across something today that linked low vitamin D levels and the inability to sleep through the night. I have low vitamin D levels and also have trouble sleeping through the night. I wondered if anyone else had the same problem.

My vit D levels are very good and I have never ever slept through the night and at moment just sleeping at all is wonderful ::)

Interesting - we get vitamin d from sunshine and when I'm in the sun I get very sleepy...
