Hi everyone...Suffering the usual nasty symptoms of menopause for 15 yrs is there no end to this ??? Hot flushes, sleepless nights and anxiety never been able to take hrt so just muddle along about to try a.vogel menosan tablets ☺

I also take Vogel Menoforce supplements and they have really helped me.

As for how long..........if only we knew  ;)

But Iam lead to believe that there is light at the end of the tunnel  :)
