Hi Shellb I get it before I start the utrogestan, I feel sort of high strung, tense and anxious. As soon as I start taking the utrogestan it calms me down, it's as if my body needs the progesterone and makes me think I'll never be able to do long cycle like some of the ladies on here.

I don't know - when I tracked my moods, non physcal characteristics of pms, low moods, etc appeared any time of the month.
Friday was the last day of my utrogestan for that cycle.
I'm two days into my next cycle and me period still has not come.
I'm not preganant or anything.
I missed a month of utrogestan last cycle so I hope this period comes.

I got it badly when I stopped the Utrogestan and it lasted beyond my period. Was one of the main reasons I switched to the BCP. x

I'm two weeks away from my period and my boobies are so sore and painful, I've had no sensation in them for a long time now so I'm not used to it! Obviously my own hormones have kicked in again. Has anyone else had this?
