Title: Sequi patch puzzle

Argh! Just gone to change my patch. Thinking I was changing to a phase 2 patch only to find the box has 3 phase 1s and 3 phase 2s! What have I done?! Been on HRT for 6 weeks. Had a period/bleed around 25th Aug. I should have 4 phase 2s and 2 phase 1s shouldn't I?! My mind has gone blank!

Which HRT are you on Mutley - is it the one where you change it twice a week?

Fem seven. Change it once a week. I've stuck a phase 2 on now?

I've stuck the wrong patch on at some point haven't I?!

It sounds like it Mutley.  :D Have you got any other boxes you can "poach" one from or I remember when this happened to me due to the patch falling off I made one last a week instead of changing it and it didn't seem to make a difference.

No spare box  :( I have half a phase 1 from when I  started so that will come in useful!
Wonder when I stuck the wrong one on?!
