Has anyone out the come through the Menopause?
How do you feel?
How do you know when it's coming to an end?
Is there an end to it?
Or will we feel like this for ever :hotflash:

It's called 'the change ' ::)
Every lady has a different menopause. Welcome to our group, browse round ;). So far I've been lucky and not had too many symptoms to deal with.

Well, I was just thinking a minute ago that I don't really get many actual flushes these days - I can feel uncomfortably warm in temperatures that Hubby doesn't notice, but not so much of the start-in-one-place-and-spread-all-over-me feeling of boiling up. Also, the joint aches seem to have eased up. As CLKD says, everyone's experience is different but I would say there is hope! :)

Think I am the oldest lady on here, so yes I have 'been there done that ' and come out the other side.....How do you know when it's over? ......you dont have any more symptoms.
The symptoms will just get get less and less until it's over.
As has been said everyone is different.....personally, I had a hysterectomy when I was 41 and that threw me straight into the menapause....mine was controlled with HRT, but I still had nasty hot flushes until I was about sixty :o....
