Title: FSH in Luteal Phase
Post by: toffeecushion on July 20, 2015, 11:26:45 AM
Does anyone know what the levels of FSH should be in the luteal phase.  Mine are very low and was wondering if this meant anything in relation to the menopause.

Hi toffeecushion

Low FSH levels normally mean you are not menopausal ie when the ovaries start to pack up the body produces more FSH to try to stimulate the ovaries into producing an egg. High oestrogen inhibits FSH production - as I understand. I would say this is a good sign!
