Well I feel like I am falling apart at the moment, I have lower back pain, pain in my knees and then yesterday I had a pain in my elbow, yesterday it only hurt when I picked something up like a tea cup, today it feels worse..... I haven't done anything to cause it.... wondering if its all connected to perimenopause, as I'm due on soon I think...... cant say for sure as not that realiable at the moment but it does feel like it, as I also have a heavy feeling in bottom of my stomach...........
when I do finally come on I have some patches to try, as pharmacist said to wait till I come on, then start using within the first 5 days, I'm hoping they will help with how im feeling at the moment, as mood is up and down as well................. Aaghhhhh... what a nightmare .............. does anyone else feel like this in peri?

Yep. Various aches and pains are 'common'.
It is the top of the elbow joint or underneath?

The Top, have tried ice packs and muscle Gel today........keep moving the ice packs to different parts of my body LOL! Maybe I should just sit in an ice bath...... LOL

Tennis elbow is on top by the elbow bone, golfers elbow underneath ;)
Don't carry anything with that arm as it will pull more ! Does a bag of frozen peas help?

ice pack is working well......
