Can someone please explain what foggy headed is. I think I am feeling it, but not sure.
-
I have it most of the while due to anti-depressant, betablockas meds as well as being tired. Difficult to explain but a bit like being hung over without having imbeid ;) - why?
-
I feel groggy, like I am tired and going around in slow motion. Don't think I am coming down with anything, just feel lacking any get up and go.

Hormones. Medication. Dehydration. General tiredness. Humidity. Lack of sustenance - all make me feel more woozy then 'usual'. Sometimes if there is a problem in the cervical spine the neck/head/face can feel 'off', I get slightly dizzy if I move my head suddenly, enough to make me go 'oh' ….. but it's gone as soon as I say 'oh' but disconcerting even so!

Hi toffeecushion
I answered on your other thread but if you are feeling it then you don't need it explained because it's very obvious! Like a hangover (that's it CLKD), not quite there, heavy headed, no energy, the feeling of wanting to sit down and snooze even in the morning sometimes (ridiculous idea!!) - the feeling of not having had enough sleep, feeling you need to have your eyes half closed, brain not working properly or clearly, body feeling leaden. Not a nice feeling! CLKD did you mean "imbibed" - funny typo there methinks!

I did ;D that text thingy again …….. most mornings my head feels like it wants to continue with it's sleep whereas the rest of me is ready to get out of bed ::) ….. head feels sleepy but not enough to drop off during the day and occasionally there's a background headache.
