Title: Accupressure - anyone tried?

I have a very stiff neck today so I googled and found accupressure points that were supposed to help with that. And, believe it or not, it did! I wonder, has anyone tried accupressure to treat their anxiety or any other peri/menopause symptom?

Not sure if it's the same but I wore sea bands when I was pregnant for morning sickness. They are worn around the wrist and they really worked.
Both of my kids were travel sick and they both wore the bands.

I'm pretty sure that is acupressure.
