I'm nearly 2 years with no period and have noticed that from time to time I get what I call ovulation pain - the kind of pain/discomfort that I used to get during ovulation in the good old days of monthly period cycle. it's usually on the left side and lasts only a few moments but has happened on and off over last few months. Could it be connected to having had a couple of short unsuccessful stints of hrt? Has anyone else experienced this?

Sunnydays - I think this pain could be more related to your gut - many of us meno ladies find we suffer with more wind and digestive problems as the oestrogen levels drop. Lack of oestrogen seems to affect so many things. I doubt HRT would cause this problem. However, if you get persistent pain it should be investigated.
