Hello ladies. Today I was given a choice of any hrt I wanted to use and I chose Climagest 1mg. I realise we all different so not everyone's experience will be the same. I'm 39 years old and post menopausal. Haven't bled for more than a year. My symptoms are crazy and I don't even know who I am somedays. This is the start of finding what works for me. Just need to feel like me again. Don't even know how that feels anymore :-\

It's good to start with a sequential HRT and Climagist may be a good one to try. By using a sequential HRT you can gage whether the progesterone is suiting you or not. Give this one 3 months to settle and if you find you get some PMT type symptoms with the progesterone phase then try Femoston 1/10. You may find you feel great on this HRT.
Keep us posted. DG x
