I seem to get a funny headache about an hour after taking hrt! I'm presuming it's the hrt! Sort off foggy headache! Anyone else?

I don't know, but I do know I wake with a headache most days, another symptom I think

Although saying that, I switched from the tablet oestrogen I'd been taking for years to a patch and within hours a 4 day migraine started
