Any one got one.
This question is for my sister who is thinking of buying one. She suffers badly from sciatica and thought this might help.

I find that taking Nurofen for my sciatica followed by a brisk walk eases the nerve. It was 2 years before I found out why the other nerves in the leg - with very long names ::) - were very painful in the night it's because I spend hours each year bending over cabinets full of jewellery and small items at Antique Fairs ::)
If your sister invests, let us know how she gets on ;)

She has decided to go to a physiotherapist who also does acupuncture. She thought it was her hip but after her X-ray she has discovered there is nothing wrong with that but she has a slight degeneration of the pelvis which can cause sciatica.
She is going to ask the physio about the mat......I bet she is told it's a waste of money
