Title: cleaning wooden blinds
Post by: kerrieann on April 15, 2015, 09:00:07 AM
saw an item yesterday re cleaning wooden blinds, now i love my dark wood blinds they look really rich and warm but cleaningthemis a nightmare ive tried all sorts however this idea seems like a good one, you just use a pair of socks on your hands, bit of polish if you lke and wipe them clean, sounds good iam going to get started now and will let you know  kerrie

What a good idea!   At the moment I clean mine with kitchen wipes, they work much better than using a cloth and spray.

yes it worked and makes it easier to clean as you can sort of feel what your doing, used polish on the first one but it smeared a bit and had to go over it, so for the rest i just dampened the sock with a little spray of water and it worked great and the good part i found was that you get both sides of the slats  kerrie
