Hello there

My name is Rachel and I've just joined MM.

 I am 56 years old, 3 years post-meno, 2 grown up children a dog and a fairly new partner (Feb this year).

 have been on Ovestin and Vagifem for a long time now.  I've just persuaded my GP to let me try patches and I thought I'd join you lovely ladies to share experiences of the menopause.

Welcome Mrs Mopp, which patches has he prescribed?

She prescribed Evoril Conti25. I had to convince her to prescribe me anything - she said that as Ovestin and Vagifem were no longer doing the job that nothing else could help me and that I may as well stop using them. >:(

Eventually I persuaded her to let me TRY the patches.
