I know a lot of us suffer with anxiety, but is your anxiety all month or just before your period? My period is due and although I have had a good day all of a sudden I feel anxious.

Mostly all the time, but I dont have periods any more as I'm on HRT.
Have you tried reading a book by Clair Weekes. I think it's called....well something to do with your nerves. It's old fashioned but it explains anxiety and how to deal with it very well. It really helped me at my worst and although things are far from perfect I understand better what is happening in my body and how to deal with it.
HRT unfortunately does nothing for my anxiety.

Thanks for your reply. I have got that book and it as helped me so much.
I live with anxiety and have done for years, was agoraphobic for quite a while, but usually manage to cope as I know my limits. But all of a sudden this afternoon I feel so anxious and it has thrown me. Hope it passes soon :)
