Hi,
I've been taking Menopace original for the past 15 months. I've no idea what positive impact they might have had on my hormones, but I'm sure they've been good form hair skin etc. It says the high vitamin B balances out the hormones. As I've had no period for 2 years do I have hormones to balance out still?!
Just bought a load more on special offer the other day and I noticed the same brand doing a vit/min supplement for "women over 50". I wondered what the difference might be as many women over this age would be meno anyway. Would a good old supermarket brand of vit/min do the same thing? Good diet and exercise are the best of all, so do I need the extra?
What do you think and what's worked for you?

I take menopause as I think it is a good all round supplement and though I try to eat well I think we need all the help we can get at our age. I also take Omega 3. DG x
