hi everyone a doctor has sugested i take femoston 1 10 i know a lot of people are on this hrt but i would welcome any good and bad reviews on this as you probaly all know my main problems are anxiety and night sweats i am on perifem at the moment and thats what they perscribed as im living in spain thanks vanessa spain xx

Your basically on Estradiol and MPA hrt.
Testosterone derived - Norgestrel, Norethisterone acetate and Levonorgestrel.
Less testosterone related - Medroxyprogesterone acetate(MPA).
Least testosterone related - Dydrogesterone and Micronised progesterone (Utrogestan).
The femoston is Estradiol and Dydrogesterone (available in 1mg/2mg Estrogen options for sequi or 1mg option only for conti).
A lot of ladies have mentioned that Femoston is a good option as the Prog part is better for them.
Maybe worth a try however if your happy on what you have then by the looks of the latest list the only MPA HRT options are in post menopause options below.
