After a series of routine blood tests and hormones they have shown that I am indeed post menopausal!!! No surprise there..
But they have also revealed low vitamin D levels. GP not prescribing anything, I already take alonduric acid weekly but guess I need to seek the sun.
Any suggestions on non oral supplements ? I have an ileostomy which can make absorption tricky sometimes.

There is a vitamin D spray, which is an oil that you spray under your tongue. It also comes with vit K2 which is supposed to help.
I have been sitting on the back doorstep when the sun is out, having my morning cuppa with my sleeves rolled up. Now is the time to start sunbathing! ;)

Yes, having just done a quick search on here I see that Taz has recommended that one.
GP said to not wear makeup or suncream for at least 20 mins a day during the summer...eeek I shall look scary!!
