I can't find it now, but I saw someone had asked how to keep their patches stuck on. I discovered the perfect thing: it's called OPSITE FLEXFIX (made by Smith & Nephew), a transparent adhesive film which is waterproof and bacteria proof. I always use it otherwise my Femseven patches simply do no stay stuck to me.
Hope this is helpful, even if it's not in the correct place.

Hi Truffle - thanks for the tip. Unfortunately sticking patches on in this way doesn't always help as the hormones are contained in the adhesive so if the patch is not stuck completely to your skin by the adhesive then you may well not be getting the correct amount of hormones. Do you find that your patches are working ok?

I think it is like a plaster and goes over the patch :)
