Thought I'd share this idea that works for me,when I get that queasy lack of appetite feeling I found that taking a travel sickness for a couple of days helps, not sure why but pharmacist said it was ok.
Just hope it might help someone else, one less symptom can only help when everything else piles in. :-\

Great tip - thanks!
Does it work for the nausea that comes with anxiety too?
-
Yep. As does anti-histamine. Both make me sleep though. I used Kwells for a while to aid nausea and help me sleep at night.
Eating can ease nausea too. Little and often.

Argh! Please don't tell me this is ANOTHER symptom...I've been feeling nauseous for a couple of days and assumed it was some weird bug... Is this just another part of my 'wonderful new life'? :'(
-
I had a nasty feeling that was going to be the answer... Oh joy! >:(
Annoyingly, I cancelled meeting up with friends for dinner tonight as I didn't want to give them my 'bug'. Not that I would have been great company the way I'm feeling anyway... :-\

I'm going off socialising anyway - people are picking up that I'm not 100% and keep worrying about me. If I don't tell them the problem, they keep fussing and telling me to see a doctor. If I do...My friends who haven't yet had children/had as many as they want look on me as a Horrible Warning. They start calculating how many years older/younger than them I am, and panicking this could happen to them. Those who have children are walking on conversational eggshells, worried that any reference to b-a-b-y or c-h-i-l-d will upset me. To be honest, it's easier to stay at home. Especially since the whole eating thing is becoming such a nightmare.
I used to love my food too. :(

Honormum I think my nausea is partly anxiety related and it helps mine, try it at night as some say it helps with sleep, unfortunately not mine :-\
