Hi
I promised I would let you all know what my Vit D level was after being tested last month. It is 90 so adequate according to guidelines at the moment, however that is with me taking 1000is every day for the past 18months not sure what it was before, but maybe able to find out at next doc appointment. It would be interesting to see what everyone else's is?

Never had it tested. I do take tablets, but much lower dose. Mine are calcium ones with added vit D.

Two weeks ago mine was 28, quite low. Was started on Vit. D drops , will test again in 3 months.

The medical profession is keen on testing this nowadays as it is now known how important Vit D is. A large proportion of the population is deficient, as sunshine is the main source and many of us get so little exposure to sunshine throughout the year. Especially in winter it's worth taking a supplement. DG x

I've not had mine tested, but after researching it, I have started taking 4000 iu (I think) every other day.
