Post by: robotwars on January 27, 2015, 07:24:13 PM
I just wondered which HRT everyone is on and whether some are more popular than others?

Hi robotwars

I use Estradot (oestrogen) patches and micronised progesterone (Utrogestan) on a 6-8 week cycle. I have only ever used transdermal HRT since age nearly 54, now 61.

The first one I wad given was Evorel sequi patches which I tried for 3 months but the progestogen in this gave me migraines so I changed to "natural" progesterone - firstly Cyclogest pessaries and then Utrogestan as above.

I think I've tried almost everything that's available over the last 20 years!!!!
I'm now on Oestrogel and Utrogestan - best combo so far.  DG x
