Title: Day 25-28 progesterone

Hi- just realised today is day 25 of utrogestan and I'm supposed to take a 3 day break to allow for a bleed if it comes. However I have had a bleed over the last few days that's now finished so do you think I need to take the 3 day break or would it be ok to continue without any break seeing as I've had the bleed? I'd prefer to take it continuous if I can to avoid a progesterone dip! Any advice gratefully received as I take it last thing at night. Thank you x

Hi Kittyjay

Yes I would suggest that you do have the 3 day break as planned - as the drop in progesterone may well allow more uterus lining to be shed if it has built up.

Don't worry if you took one last night - just take the 3 day break now.
